Canine First Aid Training

Sweet Charity is offering Canine First Aid and CPR Training
All proceeds will go directly to supporting our PSSD and CAP Programs

Canine First Aid and CPR training is a course designed to provide you with the right tools to help your dog in any canine first aid emergency including K9 CPR, XXT extraction, and broken bone stabilization.  Training is hands-on using an effective combination of live dogs and dummy dogs, while following a comprehensive and informative PowerPoint presentation.  Courses are eligible for CEU Credits with the IAABC.  https://caninehealthcanada.com/

Instructor:  Sweet Charity’s Lead Trainer – Chris Michalak
Duration:  6 hours (2 – 3 hour sessions)
Date:  Friday April 5th (5pm to 8pm) and Wednesday April 10th (5pm to 8pm)
Location:  Georgian Bay District Secondary School – 925 Hugel Ave.  Midland

Cost:  $175.00 (includes first aid book, CPR Certified card and certificate)

  • If you have a CAP certified dog – you would be welcome to bring them to the training, all other dogs would need to stay home.  
  • This training is open to anyone wanting to take the course.
